Pine Birch

I nearly froze to death during this photo shoot, but the location was perfect for "Pine Birch."  My feet are dry and I can feel my fingers again and I just love how these pictures and this house turned out!  I really think it's time to make some prints of these properties and some note cards!  Enjoy the tour of "Pine Birch" another OOAK Fairy House.

This is the first fairy house I've done using a planter!  The vaulted roof fit the White Birch perfectly!

An aerial view of the roof!  The Birch just curls beautifully!

Take a peak in the windows trimmed with pine cones!

A slab of marble makes a great kitchen bar w/ 2 champagne corks as stools.  The table legs are sewing spools.

The hutch is filled with walnut & acorn bowls, eggs, an old key, dice, a coin and a jar of herbs and a bucket,

Fairies like their sweet stuff so the hutch has 2 packets of sugar in the raw which should last a few months!

A side view w/ the door open.  See the curling Birch bark on the roof?

Climb the stick ladder to reach the loft!

A coconut shell bed with a fur throw in the loft!

An interior shot - notice all the candlesticks flanking the perimeter downstairs.

A peak in the front door through the antique lace curtains!

A little wreath hangs above the grand front door for decoration.

Rustic, but elegant!

Can you not see the fairies coming in and out of this house?  Or out of the tunnel at the base of the tree?

Burrrrrr...so cold outside, but so cozy inside "Pine Birch."
