As realtor,
builder & interior designer of these one of a kind homes, it’s important to
me that each property looks authentic; as if truly built by fairies using
materials they would find in their world. Therefore, I spend hours in the
forest gathering bark, moss, mushrooms, pine cones and other treasures to
incorporate into my homes. I also use silk and dried flowers, potpourri, seed
pods, wheats and grasses. Tiny treasures from flea markets and antique
stores can add the shiny touch that fairies like.
Every Whimsical
Property is named and includes a descriptive MLS listing along with
photographs. Plus, it’s in move-in condition, fully furnished and
decorated—usually with handcrafted elements.
I happily accept
custom orders and will personalize any fairy home with family heirlooms or by
incorporating a particular theme. A property can be constructed for outdoor or
indoor display using existing structures such as dollhouses, birdcages, even a
hallowed out piece of wood because…

PRICING:
My prices range from $85.00 for a small decorative style birdcage fairy home up to $250.00 + for some of the more elaborate outdoor houses. Fairy dollhouses range from $250 - $500 depending on size and customization requests.
Bottles of Pixie Dust are normally priced as follows:
Small bottles = $5 - $10
Medium bottles = $15 - $20
Large bottles = $25 - $35
